1. Controller and scope
İle Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“ilelabs”) is the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This notice covers website visitors, people making enquiries or requesting quotations, and Project Studio web and mobile users. Contact: info@ilelabs.com · +90 850 308 60 03.
2. Data, purposes and legal grounds
- Accounts and services: Name, email, verification details, any company/role/phone provided, project and conversation content, documents, outputs and usage/credit records are processed to establish accounts, create and store requested work and manage entitlements, as necessary to enter into or perform a contract (KVKK Article 5(2)(c)).
- Quotations and support: Contact details and request content are processed to handle pre-contract requests or service support under Article 5(2)(c). General enquiries unrelated to a contract are handled under legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights, Article 5(2)(f).
- Billing and compliance: Necessary identity/billing, order and payment records are processed to meet statutory recordkeeping and reporting requirements under Articles 5(2)(a) and 5(2)(ç).
- Security and language: IP, session, device/browser, error records and language/country preference support session security, abuse prevention and an appropriate interface, under legitimate interests with respect for fundamental rights, Article 5(2)(f).
- Protection of rights: Relevant request, transaction and communication records are processed when necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right under Article 5(2)(e).
Unnecessary information is not requested. Activities requiring separate consent, such as marketing or non-essential tracking, are addressed separately; this notice is not a consent form. The service does not require special-category data such as health information; do not include such information in work content.
3. Collection methods
Information is collected through web/mobile account and workspace screens, chat and uploads, quotation/contact forms, support emails, phone communications, deletion requests and automated session/security records. Collection is automated electronically or non-automated as part of a filing system. Store purchase verification and subscription information may be obtained from the relevant store services.
4. Recipients and transfer purposes
Necessary information may be shared with hosting, email and technical support providers to operate the service; relevant content with the enabled AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini) and research services to produce requested outputs. IP addresses may be processed by ipwho.is for country detection. When payments are enabled, necessary transaction information may be sent to iyzico; Google Play verification information may be exchanged with Google. Authorised accounting/legal professionals and legally authorised bodies may receive information limited to the relevant purpose.
Domestic transfers are subject to KVKK Article 8. Overseas providers may involve international transfers. Routine transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or an appropriate safeguard under Article 9; exceptional transfer grounds apply only where their statutory conditions are met. This notice is neither consent to an international transfer nor a transfer safeguard in itself. Request information on the provider and applicable transfer mechanism at info@ilelabs.com.
5. Retention
Records are kept as needed for the service and processing purpose, and for applicable periods where legally required or necessary to protect rights. Work-file retention settings also apply. When the purpose and legal ground end, deletion, destruction or anonymisation processes are carried out. Account deletion does not mean that legally required records must also be deleted immediately.
6. Rights under KVKK Article 11
You can learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, enquire about purposes and use consistent with those purposes, and identify recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You can request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met, and notification of those actions to recipients. You can object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. Requests
Send requests from an email address previously provided to us and registered in our system to info@ilelabs.com. Other statutory application methods remain available; contact us by email or at +90 850 308 60 03 for the current address for written applications. Include your name, request, reply contact information and legally required identity-verification details; avoid unnecessary documents or sensitive information.
Requests are resolved as soon as practicable and within 30 days. If processing incurs an additional cost, a fee may apply under the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. You may also use our account deletion form.
