This policy explains personal data practices for ilelabs.com, Project Studio (Business Studio) and the mobile application provided by İle Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“ilelabs”, “Company”). Legal grounds and your rights are described separately in our Personal Data Protection Notice. Reading this policy does not constitute consent to marketing or international data transfers.
1. Information we process
- Account and contact: Name, email and verification information, plus phone, company and role if provided.
- Work content: Project descriptions, conversations, uploaded documents, generated reports and files, and saved work.
- Service and transactions: Plan, subscription status, credit usage, transaction references and necessary billing information.
- Technical information: IP address, session, device/browser information, language preference, error and security logs.
- Requests: Information provided in quotation, support, content-reporting and account-deletion requests.
2. How information is used
We use information to create and verify accounts, produce and store requested work, provide access to outputs, manage usage entitlements, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, fulfil legal obligations and handle disputes. Your language preference and, where necessary, a country inferred from your IP address help determine interface language and regional options.
3. AI services and overseas providers
When you request work, your request, relevant conversation context and necessary document content may be sent to external AI providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini, depending on the model enabled by the administrator. Research tasks may send relevant queries to external research services. The provider's service and data-processing terms also matter; we do not make a single retention or model-training promise covering every provider.
If country information is unavailable from the technical infrastructure, your IP address may be sent to ipwho.is for country detection. Overseas services may process content or technical information outside Türkiye. The legal requirements for transfers are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice. Do not submit unnecessary personal data, passwords, card details, health information or third-party information you are not authorised to share. AI outputs may contain errors; verify important information before relying on it.
4. Payments
When web card payments are enabled, the provider identified at checkout (iyzico) processes payments through its infrastructure. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Necessary order, subscription, amount, payment-result and transaction-reference records may be processed. Google Play purchases are processed by Google; purchase verification and subscription status are used to assign service entitlements. Displaying a payment logo does not by itself mean card payments are enabled.
5. Sharing information
Information may be shared only as needed for the relevant operation with hosting, email, technical support, AI and payment providers; authorised accounting or legal professionals; and legally authorised bodies. Publishing your work as a portfolio example or advertisement is not an automatic part of the service.
6. Cookies and security
Cookies and similar technical records support sign-in, request security and language preferences. Non-essential cookie preferences are assessed separately; see our Cookie Policy. Account access, authorisation and security controls are applied, but no internet transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the account and service relationship, type of work, file retention settings and legal requirements. Generated files may have a limited retention period; download important outputs. Once processing purposes and legal retention grounds end, records enter deletion, destruction or anonymisation processes. Legally required billing/transaction records and records necessary for disputes are retained only for the relevant reason.
Use the account-deletion option in the mobile app or submit a request through our account and data deletion page. Requests are assessed after verifying account ownership. Account deletion is not the same as cancelling a store-managed subscription; manage that subscription separately through the relevant store.
