ilelabs Project Studio Membership and Terms of Use Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between İle Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (ilelabs), info@ilelabs.com, +90 850 308 6003 (“ilelabs”) and the user who creates an account with ilelabs Project Studio.
2. Purpose and scope
This agreement governs the user’s membership of Project Studio, the storage of project information, use of Studio features, purchase of work and access to completed outputs through the user account.
3. Membership
The user confirms that the information provided is accurate and belongs to them. The user is responsible for the security of the account and password. Accounts may be restricted in cases of false, misleading or unlawful use.
4. Project information
The user confirms that they have the necessary rights to use the text, files, images and project information submitted to the service. This information is processed only as necessary to prepare and store the requested work and operate the service.
5. Services and payment
Selected work, prices and the total amount are shown before payment. Production begins after a secure card payment is verified by the payment provider.
6. Production and delivery
The scope of the work is limited to the information provided in the form and the services selected by the user. The user is responsible for consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information. Deliveries are made available in the user account and may be downloaded in the supported formats.
7. Usage rights
The user may use fully paid outputs prepared specifically for their project. Ownership of ilelabs infrastructure, software, templates, systems, methods and source code remains with ilelabs unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Retention period
Project files and deliveries are stored for the period stated in the service or otherwise communicated by ilelabs. Content may be deleted after that period. The user is responsible for downloading and securely retaining delivered files before the retention period expires.
9. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellation, refund and withdrawal conditions are applied in accordance with the pre-contract information and distance-service terms presented before payment. Applicable law governs personalised work whose production has begun or has been completed at the user’s express request.
10. Privacy and personal data
Personal data is processed under the separately provided privacy and data-protection notices. The user acknowledges that project information may be processed, to the extent necessary, by technical service providers involved in delivering the service.
11. Limitation
Studio outputs are intended for project planning and visualisation. They do not constitute legal, financial or investment advice and do not guarantee commercial success.
12. Entry into force
This agreement enters into force when the user selects “I have read and accept the Membership Agreement.”
